I purchased all of my DIY stuff the other day from MFS, but .... I forgot the flavoring. I am getting ready to order the flavoring (once I figure out what/how much I need. My question is, can I use flavoring from the grocery store (i.e. Walmart)? I am not a patient person by nature and I want to start making my juice ASAP. Also, what is the difference between regular flavoring/extracts and oils? I have read all the threads but still I am confused somehow. I hope you guys can help me :)

I think the general consensus is to stay away from oils and food coloring, sugar, and any additives (like xanthan gum) that you don't recognize. Ingredients should consist of natural and artificial flavors, PG, (and some folks use alcohol-based flavorings, so don't be surprised if you see some kind of alcohol in it).

I don't know that you'll find very much to work with that meets those guidelines at wally world. RTS vapes and myfreedomsmokes are out of NC, they sell lots of flavorings. I don't know where ecigexpress ships from. Wizard Labs would be perfect for you (in Florida) if they were open!!

Good luck!

You can use some of the flavorings from WallyWorld but they are not as concentrated so you have to use more, cutting your nic strength. They are what I have used in a pinch or if I just want a taste of a flavor (My wife used to be a cook so she has many flavorings). See above post for what to stay away from.
