First time e-smoker

Hi everyone,

I have been reading the threads here for the last week and decided to buy my first e-cig. Reading several reviews It thought Puresmoker was the way to go. So Monday night I took the plunge. I still cant believe Puresmoker shipped the package within hours after my ordering. The box came yesterday, charged battery to boot. It's been about a day, and so far instead of a pack of Marlboro's I have had just 5 cigs. So far I love it.

Anybody else get there first e-cig, than want to buy every flavor you can?

Yes! I, like you, am down to about 5 or less real cigs a day! I am finding though that I want to buy lots of flavors and extra parts...cause I never want to be without! It's not like I can just run to the corner gas station for more, like before! And I sure don't want to get back to the pack - pack and a half a day habit!

hi there! I have now been e-smoking for ..... (hang on... checking)... 10 days!!! In that time i've purchased two e-cigs, flavoured cartridges, empty cartridges and three different liquids to put in the empty cartridges and so far as I can work out, i've been fairly restrained!! I have also been cheating this week and smoking the nasty real cigs as i've had a cold and the e-cig wasn't good with a sore throat and no taste buds!

Basically, everyone is on the hunt for the perfect flavour/nicotine/throat hit combination - welcome to the party!! lol

(heads off to buy more liquid.... naughty!)

Thanks for the tip - but i'm in UK and our postal service are becoming a real pain and charging a fortune for imports!! I'm therefore limited with my e-liquid choices! Hope you get on ok with yours tho

You know Brunette you are restrained - at least compared with me!
My only excuse is that my hubby is also using the e-cigs.

We have both been at it 10 days & so far I have bought 2 901B's, an unnamed penstyle that looks like the Classic model but isn't quite that, 4 bottles of Wicked e-liquid, too many carts to mention, glycerine, aromatherapy bottles to house my homecooked juice experiments...and an order in for the black 2 hole classic...and I doubt I am finished yet...8-o

My table looks like a lab...I need to find something to house all this kit...feel another hit to the old credit card coming on...

I'm still on 4 real cigs a day but I am getting sick of them and find they reek & taste funny and don't know why I go on with them. I find myself reaching for the penstyle in preference, so hopefully I will stop them in the next couple of days. I'm pleased with the penstyle and hoping the black classic will finally put the lid on my real cig smoking days.

well you'll all be pleased to know that my restrain is failing... this evening I have purchased two more bottles of e-liquid and am about to get royally "taken advantage of" and pay a ridiculous amount of postage for flavourings from the US!! ugh... will it ever end!!

Make sure you check what's in those flavourings before you order, some are not suitable. I've tried LorAnn coconut, cranberry, apple, pralines and cream and bubble gum so far. Apple and coconut don't have much flavour and aren't worth getting. Cranberry, bubble gum and pralines and cream are nice.

Thanks Kate - been looking at ingredients to make sure there isn't anything scary in them! I've ordered the pralines & cream, english toffee, chocolate hazelnut and a whole host of others.... getting excited now and if all else fails I might try making some candy!! lol

If this turns into something like my obsession for buying fishing tackle I could be in trouble. At least this is better for my health. Day 2, 7 cigs total in 2 days. I already have 6 people from work asking my how to buy that cigarette fog machine.

Yeah, there are some yummy sounding flavours. I was disappointed that the coconut flavour doesn't have more taste, I wanted to add coconut flavour to everything

i've got some random coconut flavouring in my kitchen cupboard but it didn't really appeal to me... you'll have to go down the supermarkets and try a load Kate.... more cash - hehe
