Ordered after they closed on Fri night, the order was shipped on Sat early afternoon. First Class USPS arrives today (Mon). Now, thats quick!
Got a free 15ml sample (forget what order amount is needed to get it but its a low amount.)
On the site, they keep a list of their juices to avoid for polycarbonate tank. Hope every juice vendor does that instead of having to email / call them for the info.
Right after I checked out, I realized that I had forgotten to order something. So I sent them an email hoping they could add the item to my order so I dont have to place another order and pay for shipping all over again. Now, this was Fri night, so I was hoping but really didn't expect anything until Mon. and even then they might not be able to help - which is understandable. Next morning the email was answered. Not only did they take care of adding the item to the existing order, they gave me a good discount on it too. WOW!
I hope I like the juices (still steeping ... cant wait, probably will try some b4 they are fully steeped) b/c I really am impressed with them so far and would like to have them as my primary juice vendor.
