I just had one of the greatest customer experiences with James and his crew at MBV. I made my first order with them on 12/31/12 early that afternoon. When I checked on my order later that evening I was extremely surprised to see that not only had the order been fulfilled, it was already set for shipment. I received the order on 1/3/13! Wow! Very fast considering the PO was closed New Year's Day.
Being new to the vaping scene, I ordered my juices with extra shots thinking "extra flavor", which in my case with 4 of the juices this was not the case (the other 4 juices were great, no problems). After letting the juices steep for two weeks, the aforementioned 4 were still rather "perfumey" and unvapable. I emailed MBV and James suggested to let them steep awhile longer. On 1/31 I emailed James again and explained that my juices were still totally unvapable and asked if he had any suggestions as to what I should do. He promptly emailed me back within a few hours and informed me that he was sending me replacements for the specific juices I deemed unvapable citing that the extra shots may be the issue and even sent them priority mail. I received the replacement juices on 2/2/13! Wow, super fast shipping again! James not only sent my replacements, but also included another freebie bottle of juice! I was amazed that MBV replaced my juices free of charge even though it was my own fault by ordering the extra shots making the juices unvapable to me.
James was correct about the extra flavor shots being the issue. The replacements without any extra flavor shots were spot on! Of the three vendors I have ordered from, I had issues with 2 of them. MBV by far handled my satisfaction in the highest order and in a speedy manner. The other vendor did finally satisfy my issue, but it took them a month to do so.
With personalized customer service such as this and for going above and beyond the call of duty, MBV has a customer for life!
