First time to order diy e-juice kit and flavors...suggestions please

So I think the time has come for me to start mixing up my own (note signature days lol). So I am sitting on a shopping cart with the following added:

Questions:
Look like a solid order to get rocking?
How do you guys clean the Pipettes that are included? Simply soak in hot water for a bit and/or dishwasher?
Anything else I should add to my order?

Many think the Walmart VG isn't the best tasting VG. Can you add some to your Capella or MFS order? I would hate to see you get discouraged because of the VG. Everything else is top quality so why use lower quality VG?

Since you like coffee you should read the great "coffee" thread here in the DIY section. Well worth the time.

just ordered my first bit of DIY stuff too and I also have only been vaping about 15 days. I started 3 days before New years day so we strated right about the same time. I placed my order at Wizard Labs which I beleive carries TPA flavorings. I only ordered about 8 flavors so I would love to hear how you DIY recipes turned out and maybe I can order some more of the flavors that are good. I only ordered the 24mg already mixed with 70pg/30vg. I figured that way all i have to do is add some flavoring. Although as soon ato place a larger order of 60mg nic juice and seperare PG and VG. As soon as I know it works and I like my own flavors I plan to place a much larger order of 60mg Nic and seperate PG and VG to make my own. If you wouldn't mind updated to let me know what flavors are good i would love to hear it. I'd like to place an order with Capellas too since I've heard such great things. Also how do you put that at the bottom of your posts? I went to my profile and tried to personalize but I couldn't find it. I'd like to know how many cigaretted I haven't smoked and how much money I've saved. Good Luck on mixing. i'm expecting my package any day now.

Some of the stuff like the gloves and VG you can get at WalMart. Tractor Supply has a gallon of PG for $20. Would also be a good idea to get a pair of safety glasses.... better safe than sorry.

You shouldn't really need the gloves for an nic base that is 36mg or less. At higher than 36mg I'd say better safe than sorry .

I've only been farting around with DIY for about a month or so. I'd suggest a funnel that has a spout that would fit into your dropper bottles, finding out that I shoudl have picked one up.

Also set up a spreadsheet or text file to write down your experiments.... this is super handy. "XXX flavor = 3ml of 18mg 50/50 base, 5 drops of XY flavor from LorAnn, 3 drops of AB flavor from TPA.... note: taste weak, next time boost up the AB flavor"

A few things I have in my lab that others might not. A Dremel with a flat toothpick to mix the juices. A bunch of medicine/perscription bottles to mix and seep in. An empty/clean cat food can (fill with warm water to soak the bottle of juice in).

I'll mix up the juice with the toothpick (attached to the Dremel) for a good 30-60 seconds. You'll see the juice turn cloudy from the micro air bubbles. Will then run the hot tap water for a bit, fill the cat food can a bit. Then put the medicine bottle in the hot/warm water for 15 mins or so..... mostly do all that just to try to speed up the steeping process. For me it seems to work.... Everyone has their own little secrets.

The hot water is a great tool especially if using alot of vg in your liquids. I mix with high vg so i have a hot plate burner set up with a pan of warm water used to heat the vg (makes it easier to work with) and give my freshly made liquids a warm water bath.
