first time with innovapor

I ordered my first e-cig (joye510) from them on the 15th,it's the 18th today, and it came in the mail yesterday

so it took about 2-3 business days i ordered on a friday and got it monday


..it works good...

it is a starter kit

it came with 6 carts, the one on the atty was empty, no wool or anything inside the cart, but I think the atty was drip filled- good for people who wanna drip. )

also came with the atty, manual battery, no-wire-charger, a receipt and a warranty notice ...


everything is good



my suggestions are:

They should make directions for the charger...I can't tell if its charging or not.

The eco-pure flavor isn't like a real cig so make sure u order some flavored liquid.

oh and...

when you get your cartridges get tweezers and pull the wool out to the very top then put the atomizer on, when i got my carts the wool was like pushed to the bottom and not hitting as good as when i pulled it up closer to the atty.

Interesting..I ordered on the 15th as well and I AM STILL WAITING for it just to leave their place! I get nothing but excuses so count yourself lucky! 5 orders in a month and all but 4 went smoothly...i just keep hearing lies...this will probably be it for me..I will not be ordering from them again unless they do something to make up for this one..I really don't mind delays, but when I get lied to on more than one occasion, thats when it really bugs me!

I don't remember how long it took my order to arrive, but stupid me ordered the highest strength liquid they had. Way too strong for me. I also needed to exchange a couple of items. We passed a few emails back and forth. I returned the items (minus the liquid - they don't take returns on the liquid) and they sent me replacements. Funny thing is that Mark actually called me to discuss the liquid issue and how to go about mixing the liguid he was sending me with one that was too strong. He even sent out the replacements before he received my return!

Great service despite what other people may say.:thumbs:

Agreed, these guys are top notch! I ordered during the time they were having shipping delays and they still came through for me. I have since ordered again and I have NEVER seen a company that will converse with you via email like these guys do. Mark and Millie (the M&Ms) have treated me as a valued customer and have gone as far as to change my order on the fly, without affecting the shipping time. Call me a Kool-Aid® drinker, but I believe in these guys 10000%

Time was never the issue...it has always been information...and why would you have to change an order on the fly may I ask?

I changed the order because I ordered the regular juice, but soon afterwards, decided I wanted the Rich juice. An email later, it was done. To top it off, I followed up with an email to Mark and he verified that he received my request and had processed it!! Good stuff!!

I would be nice if they could get it to work that way for everyone...and I didn't change my order.
