So picked myself a trident clone the other day at a local shop. Did some playing around with it, not going sub ohm on my mvp and was having amazing results. The map couldn't handle any dual coil that I built however. So yesterday headed back to the local store, not my normal seeing how I'm out of town for work, picked up some more juice and a dna30 device. Been playing with different coil setups ohms, dual or singles what not. Personally I like a colder denser vape and every dual coil setup I was building was just way to hot for me. So this morning I decided to try a twisted wire coil. Choped off a couple feet of 28awg folded in half fixed between two drill bits and hand twisted. Did 8-9 wraps on a 2.2mm screwdriver and came out to 1.2ohms. Some unwashed organic cotton threaded into it and blowing crazy clouds. vaping between 11 n 12 watts nice cool airy fullful clouds. Thinkin that those lil air gaps between the twists makes for more surface air wick juice contact area.
