First vape setup?

Im curious what everyones first cape setup was. I noticed some people usually start off with one of those starter kits. I guess I'm wondering if anyone jumped straight into mechs like i did as their first.

My very first setup was:
kayfun 3.1
Brass Nemesis
Sony VTC3 battery

I thought this was heaven when it arrived in the mail. It tasted amazing and blew some decent amount of vapor.
So whats everyone else's start up vape?

I started with a a basic Kanger Evod kit. Then I progressed to Vision Spinners, and now I have a pair of MVP 2's that I absolutely love.

I started with a brass Origen clone, IGO-W and a 10 amp 18650 battery.

but jumped to a vamo V2 and a kayfun clone in about 2 weeks

i started with an iTaste vv3 and shortly thereafter was gifted with a Provari. I also have a couple of Evod Twists that I use daily (along with Provari and vv3) because I like to switch through juices. And (most importantly) I am never without a fully charged battery.

I picked up a visions spinner starter kit. I got some extra juice, and tried different tanks.

Oh I got into mechs soon enough, but I started with a truly wretched device called the Smart Ecig. Let's be quite clear, any product labeled "Smart" is only smart for those selling it. It took me about 5 weeks to progress to a mech and RBA. It's been almost a year now, and I'm happy vaping at .7 ohm and making my own juice.

I was stupid when I first started vaping, got a cheap walgreen battery then went to a blu kit(Waste of 60.00) Then got a v2 kit ( another waste of money, then got a Zeus battery and a Titan ( from vapor4life) another waste of money..Then got a Provari great piece worth every penny and protank 2 and aero tank and now got my Kebo Russian 91% v2 and worth penny. If I knew about this forum when I started vaping I would have saved so much money and all of my headaches but one important thing is with all the trouble I had I didn't go back to the real cig which I'm so proud of so I'm now doing the with my Provari and my Russian. Not sure if the hubby is so happy with all the money I have spent but then again told him look at how much I have saved not smoking I also told him I will need nothing more than juice, wire and some cotton balls when I run out..I know how to do the coils so that is saving money on my protanks also

I started out with an MVP 2.0 kit on the advice of a friend who had been vaping for about 15 months. Looking to upgrade to a SID and a rebuildable tank in the near future.
