Nice building, I would squash all that retail space into as few as possible locked glass cases near your Point Of Sale and devote the rest of the area to the lounge.
The main floor PV display is beautiful (seriously, nice job) but not very sales force friendly. I would tear it down. If you do leave it replace the items with dummy items and put water in the liquid bottles, people will be opening them and spilling them(and poisoning themselves lulz!) and generally making you miserable if you have real items on the floor.
If people are just out there handling the PVs on their own you won't get to interact with the customers as much and you won't get the chance to upsell more items.
Put the items behind a case and you get to talk to anyone that's really serious about asking questions and making purchases. Once you find out their wants and needs you can tailor the purchases to do them the most good.
Get as much light as you can in the sales area (actually just pinpoint lights on the cases should do the job) and darken it up a bit in the lounge and paint over those white shelving units. I would also suggest that if you don't have anyone on staff making interior design choices that you go to the closest interior design school and hire a student close to graduation that you can either get cheap or with the promise that they can use their designs for the very first
vaping lounge EVER for credit at school. To me that would be a unique challenge for someone and well worth some free interior design work.
I'm assuming you are zoned for alcohol sales since you are across the street from a hooters. If you don't get a liquor permit at least give all the hooters girls free PV's to get them to hang out in there a bit.
If you do have the liquor permit mos def get some of your fav Brit style beers and ales and whatnot in there but don't go overboard, Black and Tan (blended from tap not the pre-made, bleh!) and a few others is about all you will need for Florida. Remember to keep plenty of our normal pansy lagers and pilsners and such for the hot weather. If you are not getting liquor I would not sweat it, there is almost as much money(and 10% of the headache) in Coffee, Tea and soft drinks anyway.
I could prolly go on for another ten pages after my 20 years of combined bar, retail sales, customer service and training background but I'm getting ready to head out for a bit.
Best of luck, be sure to keep us updated and thanks for the tour.
