first vv experience....fail

I purchased a itaste mvp by way of the classifieds here. Just received today. Naturally, I had to test it out as it came charged. So I fill up a stardust clearo (came in place of one of the iclears packaged with) using a 70pg/30vg juice. Didn't know the ohm of the clear, but figured 3.7v would be safe. Wicked burn in the back of the throat. Dropped down to 3.3 and things got better though juice flavor was almost non-existent.

Filled up the iclear clearo (2.09 ohm apparently)with menthol and set volts at 3.5. Strong vapor and decent flavor. Then I had to leave for work.

All said....kinda, meh, right now. I attribute that to 100% user error/ignorance.

Yep - Always know your ohms or start out really low and work up.
Safe figure for most Clearo/Carto setups is 1.8v over ohms reading. Adjust ^/v from there.

Get yourself a iclear30. Pump your volts up to 4.5 I doubt very much you will be disappointed.
