Hey guys! After long researching on which mod is best for 0-100 dollars. I decided on the eVic. I went to my local shop, Vapor Leaf, and tried to buy the bundle that they have because it was really cheap for the eVic. You get the body, LCD display, Battery, Charger for 104. They were out of it and the Representative and I went over my options between the ZMAX, or SiD by Smok since they were out of iTaste SVD's unfortunately also. I decided to get the Smok SiD! Has a LCD Display can chang efrom VW/VV. Currently running 8.0 W with 2.2 ohm in my tank for a nice flavorful warm hit. Produces pretty nice clouds also!

Does anyone else have the SiD?
Only things I have for complaints is the top piece between the battery and your tank can come loose and you just have to screw it tight again.

But besides that, I am LOVING my Smok SiD. I also bought a ViVi Nova-S tank so I could have another set up for work and one for home use. Pretty excited on it and looking forward to what other mods I get into! I really want to learn to how build coils and make my own set ups for a more enjoyable smoke!

Currently smoking Vaporleaf's new flavor, Green apple! Love it.

I'm wanting to go to mechanical pretty soon once i learn how to build coils. I'm having a weird thing going on with my SiD though, I'm not sure if it's because the battery is almost dead or because it's messed up. When i press the button to burn, it has a second delay. I'm running at 9w and it doesnt feel the same as if i put my tank on my ego twist which is at 4v. anyone else have this problem?

edit: it's the battery almost dead! nevermind

+1 on the SiD. Digging mine. I have noticed that it takes a bit to ramp up when firing at the higher settings though. Coils are easier than you may think. Built a 1.4 ohm dual coil on my Igo-w first try and then got frisky and built 2 protank micro coils, 1.8 and 2.3 ohms. Just ordered my 100' spool of 30g Kanthal.

On Friday I'm going to get some equipment and a kayfun to learn to build coils! I'm really excited!
