Five Pawns -- I Keep Destroying the Small Glass Sampler Bottles

Hi guys,
I just got a sample pack from five pawns. Great juice; the only problem is that I'm ripping up the lids trying to open the bottles. They are small (5 ml) bottles with the squeeze dropper. It seems like the dropper is sealed against the bottle. When I try to open it it just rips up and spills.

Any advice?

I would contact them honestly. I received a sampler about a week ago and had no trouble screwing off the tops on any of the bottles.

Bottles were a little sticky though so yours might've just had more spillage than mine.
