I've been with Castle Long as my ADV since May of 2014. I had a partial bottle of Perpetual Check gifted to me but never finished it, wasn't to my liking.

I've recently been searching for another ADV but to be honest, Castle Long just does it for me. I should probably just try some of the other 5P offerings but I'm afraid I may like what I try and I'm trying to find something a little less expensive...

Well I'm glad that I left Grandmaster as the last of my sample packs, I was sorely disappointed by Castle Long.

To be honest I was disappointed with castle long too it wasn't for my taste buds but grandmaster hit the spot I can't get enough , I got two bottles in my stash right now and I drip some daily !

I mean it's not a bad juice by any means, but all I was getting out of it was almonds, coconut, and vanilla. The bourbon was pretty much 98% absent.

I'm willing to pay for quality, he'll I pay for quality But 5P should be just as much as the other guys. between $18 and $22. That too much to ask?

There was a video of people trying different desserts that were different prices (one cheap and one expensive) people hated the cheap one and loved the expensive one. Turns out they were the same dessert!
So 5 pawns costs $27.50 for a 30 ml. That includes 2 day priority shipping. Don't most vendors charge about 5 or 6 dollars for priority shipping? I'm in NJ and I get my order within 2 days every time. And I don't have to wait a month before its vapable.

I'd like to know if anyone has found and similar/substitute for 5P Grandmaster as well. I'd glady try it out. Grandmaster has been my ADV for over a year now. Can't vape anything else. Though I bought a few samplers from ITC Vapes. Lets see how that pans out.

So you're telling me you don't think $28 is too much to pay for 30 ml? I understand 5P is good but juice is never worth that much. Especially long reserve is like $38. That's ridiculous. they're like like $25 - $35 in profit from one bottle.

I'll repeat it again. If they can consistentley give me quality juice (no "bad" batches), If they can get it to me within 2 or 3 days (priority 2 day shipping included in price), and if i don;t have to shake it everyday and let it sit for 1 month before I can enjoy it, YES. I will pay extra.

And 5 Pawns does all of these things very well. There is 1 other vendor I like (Vape Wild), but the steeping part kills me, although they do have one or 2 juices i've tried that I don;t need to steep and which I have in my regular rotation.

Gotta agree with you! I've tried a lot of juices over the past few months and Five Pawns has been very consistent and delicious every time and to me the best tasting juice I've had that needed no steeping. Currently switching my ADVs between Castle Long and Grandmaster.

Merlyns Bow from Steam Company.

They also have something similar to CLR called Gentlemans Reserve. I say CLR and not Castle Long because this is aged in an oak barrel like CLR. It has a little less vanilla and a little more coconut than Castle Long imo. It's definitely not as bright and they use a tad less flavoring but i prefer it slightly to Castle Long, although there has been a past issue with consistency ( they replaced my off bottles ).

Gentlemen's Reserve is ok. It's like a muted version of CL. Not terrible.

Gambit is by far the best most natural tasting apple/apple pie juice out there. Anyone who says otherwise is WRONG.

I didn't know subjective preferences have been turned into objective fact, and you have been appointed as supreme arbiter ! :) I will make sure to follow your posts and note your declarations on other flavor profiles as well. Thanks bro !

Hey, like my main man J.C. said, "Follow me and I will make you become fishers of men."

In other words follow me and I'll show you some good s***!

5P is down the street from my work and where I live, but I've yet to visit. Possibly because I have a bottle of their CL Reserve and the bourbon is too prevalent on my dripper for my tastes so I'm indifferent right now. Waiting on my vw box to come in so I can try again, but until then it's just been sitting in a dark corner somewhere in the recess of my attic. :glug:

I've been enjoying Perpetual Check lately. Not my ADV by any means but I drip some now and then. I initially ordered the sample pack of both lines and Perpetual Check was my favorite by far.

So I will probably order a bottle occasionally.

Since I just began building coils last week I am enjoying trying many juices anew.

A whole new world of vaping.

:rickroll:

Perpetual check reminds me a lot of Bobas bounty but cleaner, not as heavy on the lungs.
