That was my second setup and the one that got me over the hump of the the one last cigarette a day (down from 40+). The other part was some dragon fruit juice as opposed to the assorted tobacco flavors I'd started with. But I'm still a few weeks shy of 5 years...

Same here. Egos took me most of the way there. The Spinner / Pro tank setup got me over the finish line. Over 4 years now.

I forgot to post, it was my 5th year around the date I joined ECF. My initial supplier & the one who turned me onto vaping suggested ECF to me, as well as CASSA.

Hopefully will be many more anniversaries to come!

Hey dude! Thanks. I'm still using the Kanger Protank 2 with an airflow control valve, and either my Innokin iTaste VTR at home or my Innokin SVD 2.0 when I'm on the road. Both are totally obsolete now, but they still work just fine for me! My VTR is literally almost five years old, too... I got it in January 2014. It still works great, though, and I use it every single day; it's an indestructible 13-ounce block of steel! And I am down to 12 mg now!
