My igo-w works fine on one provari, but not the other or an MVP. The center pin is not making contact. I tried sticking a screwdriver into the center pin and hammering to force the center pin down a little, but that didn't work.
if I took a little bit of silver wire and put it in top of the MVP battery connection then screwed the igo on, it fired. I don't think that's a good permanent solution, but I'm wondering if I can put a little blob of solder (lead free) on the igo center pin so that it will make a connection. Would that work or is it dangerous in any way? Or, what else could I do to make it work on all my gear?
