I have been useing some knife cases/sheeths it works pretty well 1 fit's the Super 6 and 1 atty & adaptor. The other has room enough for extra batteries small bottels of juice ect. Then I use a cool little case I found for if I am traveling or away for the weekend or extended periods of time.

I bought one of these for my SB.(pics in my sig). Since I don't know the dimensions of your S6 I can't recommend one model but I'll bet you can find one that will do the job.

The big one is made by Benchmade and is for the Benchmade OTF Infidel knife and it has velcro loop for belt I added a belt clip to the velcro as I like clips better.

The small one is made by Microtech and it fit's the Microtech UTX 70 OTF it too has the velcro for useing with a belt I too when I use it use the cell phone belt clip with it also.

I like the fact that both have a top so it can't get lost but you can quickly get to it also.

Do you remember where you picked up the case on the bottom? Here's a Nite Ize innovation called "Lite Holster - Stretch" and costs about 8 dollars. Worth every penny. I got this one at Home Depot (or was it Lowe's?).
This is a very small flashlight case with a very snug clip on the back. Trust me, it'll never fall off your pants. Just Google it, I think there may be some on eBay. It's the perfect size for the SIX.

It was given to me by my GF and I asked her where she got it and she did not remember. Sorry but I read a post one time and if I remember correct someone posted about a similar case that was purchased from like a wallgreens pharmacy..... It's use was intended for diabetics to hold their device /testing strips and etc. Maybe do a google search for diabetic cases or somthing similar.
