I've been using basic ego-c's from ages ago. I ordered my first sort of more capable pv but I just realized that I've been using a flat mouthpiece and I'll be going to a round mouthpiece. Will my agéd inelastic lips adjust!? Are there any flat mouthpieces anymore?

I used these "Whistle" type Drip Tips for a Long Time. Still do occasionally with my RTA's.

With the higher cloud devices you need better air flow, something to do with heat flux (look it up), so the flat mouth pieces are a bit too restrictive to be popular on anything but low cloud mouth to lung type devices.

Airflow doesnt have impact on heat flux but it does help cool the coils quicker if they are on the bigger side(mass wise). That said, Im a big advocate of researching Heat Flux and learning how to use it to help plan your build and finding a comfortable vape zone wattage wise.

Flat drip tips will definitely restrict your airflow but big airflow isnt needed unless you want big clouds. Its a matter of preference. The OP already uses flat tips so Im assuming that they like that type of airflow.
