Flat top battery not working

I'm using a stingray x clone with aw button top batteries, works great, I ordered an xtar 18650 and it's not firing anyone else have this issue?

I have flat top efest batteries in mine and they fire just fine. You may need to adjust the screw on the bottom button to a little higher to make sure when the switch is depressed, it makes good contact, it could only be hitting delrin due to the depth.
