Flat top or button top batteries?

Going to buy nemesis + kick. What kind of 18650 should I look for? Flat top or button top? The difference is 2mm. Also should I go for IMR with kick, or should look for better mAh?

IMR are far superior to protected ICR in just about every way. Always go IMR given the choice.

Best to go with a flat top in order to ensure connection with the kick (depends on which kick you get) and to reduce the space the battery takes up.

You shouldnt be worrying about the mAh as much as the amps in a battery if your planning on getting the nemsis. If your going to sub ohm which im assuming you are you need to get at least a 20-22 amp battery, preferably a 30 amp just to be safe. The mAh just determines the battery life, but that wouldnt matter if you sub ohm with a 10 amp battery exploding in your face. Good luck and hope this helped!

that sub ohm stuff is freaky . i am gonna stay above 1.5 when i get a mechanical mod .

I would go flat top to save the 2mm space, It's not much too look at but if your using a kick it always helps to save room!

Be aware that if you see a Provari or Reos in your future, you will need to have button top batteries.
