I have a Cana Mod v3 and was considering getting a Copper Fuhattan or an Infinite Copper Stingray for my first mech. Would the Button Top's work on those??

Not sure, don't own either. Their websites should detail what batteries will fit, if not try a different vendor site.

This is really vital information, can't believe how many sites will leave out information in favor of pretty pictures...(rant over..)

What about these 2 kinds for a mech mod??

SAMSUNG INR 18650 25R 2500mAh 20A High Drain IMR Rechargeable Li-ion Battery or
LG 18650 HE2 2500mAh 35A High Drain Rechargeable Li-ion Battery- LGDBHE218650

They are both Flat Top too. But the continuous Amp rating is only 20 on these I think. I think the VTC4's(Xtar) is 30 Amp.

What's the lowest I could go build wise on those and still be safe?? I probably wouldn't want to go below like say .4 ohms or something. And that would be a dual coil build. Sorry I'm still learning. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Either of those would work well, be sure to buy from a reputable vendor that sell genuine batts.

0.4Ω would be safe, I prefer higher 0.6 - 0.8Ω for the best flavor / vapor if I even sub ohm at all.

Ok thanks. I'm just looking for best flavor/vapor too. I definitely want to leave myself a safety net if I get a mech. Right now I've been building in between .7 and 1.2 ohms on my Cana Mod v3. I'm not sure if there is a certain wattage to vape at to get the best flavor/vapor within a certain ohm range?? Like an optimum setting I guess for overall best performance, flavor, and vapor??

LOL, now you're really going down the rabbit hole....everyone has their own sweet spot. It can depend on the resistance, coil diameter, wire gauge, number of coils, wicks used, how long of wicks, flavor of juice, PG/VG blend of the juice, wattage, air flow, juice flow - replenishment,.....ummm phase of the moon. Don't think I missed any....

Experiment around with any and all of the variables, so long as the resistance doesn't stress your batteries, it's all good. You're shopping around for the best batteries, and that lessens the risk, be sure to measure any coil a couple times with a meter.

Yeah, LOL. I'm kind of going off topic for my post. :) I just decided to go with the Samsung 18650's. I figure I can just use those in my Cana Mod and use the real Sony VTC4's I already have if I get a mech. I'm still curious what devices the button tops would fit in, maybe some other people will come across this post and add to it.

I don't know when I got in the habit but I always buy flat tops now. I do not use a "hybrid adapter" so your mileage may vary if you go that route. My flat tops have worked in everything I've used from some Vamos (VV/VW), Maraxus, Akuma, some ultra cheap telescoping mod I got in a trade, and every different version of the Sigelei mechs that have come across my desk (many of them). Seems like I had one of them that didn't like a particular button top 18650 but I don't remember now what mod it might have been.
