Flavor bump with AVE?

Continuing my checkout with alien Visions Juices there is an option for a flavor bump, "Would you like a flavor bump? (We will prioritize flavoring over VG)." What does this mean and is it worth doing or not?

I'm assuming it means extra flavor. Depending on your tastes, it could make a juice more to your liking. I get Heather's Heavenly Vapes Georgia Peach tobacco with extra peach.
