Not so much a change as much as changing BACK to a carrier for one of the base flavorings in this recipe. It USED to be that we'd get accused of liquifying cheesecake and sticking it in a bottle. We used to get rave reviews on our cheesecake recipe, but when we switched vendors for the base flavoring, the reviews stopped. At that time, it was a matter of expense.

We don't see any reason why we shouldn't switch back to the original flavor, since it was far superior to the cheesecake we've been using.

This will take place as soon as the order comes in, which should be two weeks. We'll post a notice about the flavor on the website as well.

Thank you! I knew something was very off. I still have 2 doublers and 2 bottles of 48mg blueberry cheesecake I can't vape at all.
The very first order I ever put in was very delicious. When I finally ran out I ordered some more, but it looked alot lighter in color than it did the first time I ordered. The first time I vaped the new stuff it tasted more of blueberry's at first and I could not pick up that great cheesecake flavor from the first bottle. But when I did pickup the cheesecake flavor it was poopy tasting to me.
I thought to myself something must have went wrong with the order, so I placed another order for another bottle and another doubler. When I tried it out it had the same effect. Even my wife told my it smelled kinda poopy, and another time a co-worker gave me a shocked look and asked me what flavor was that? I actually took the flavor off my flavor selection list because of this. I actually have a full doubler and unused bottle of this in 48mg that I have sitting here.

In summary, I am glad that you have changed this recipe back, so I can add this back to my rotation. :)

It had to have been possibly around December 2009 or January 2010. We used to use Capella's as one of the base flavorings. At that time, we'd been accused of liquifying cheesecake and sticking it in a bottle. Since we had switched flavorings (mostly due to the fact that at the time we weren't getting wholesale pricing from Capella's, and their retail prices are NUTS), those compliments had stopped.

At this juncture, and with wholesale pricing available to us, there is no reason we couldn't return to using their base flavoring once again. And so we have.

We use three different vendors for flavorings because one will nail a flavor better than another. And with the cheesecake recipe, it's just important that we return to using the base flavoring that made people go "Wow".

Ya know?

I just finally tried mine, let it sit for a week in a shoebox :p I got blueberry and I can honestly say WOW...I asked for more flavoring and I dont think it even needed it! I sure taste the cheesecake, not much of the blueberry but that dont matter I still love it!
Maybe its my imagination but I kinda taste a lil graham cracker crust too
