Flavor coloring affecting atty's?

So I'm starting to think that juices that have a lot of artificial coloring in them tend to clog up an atty faster than the clear juices. My coffee and chocolate flavored juices seem to clog up my atty's faster than my clear tobacco flavors. I've found this to be true with both VG and PG juices. Anyone else noticed this?

I've not only 'been thinking' this - I'm 100% convinced of it. Heavily-colored liquids pretty much ruin my attys within a few days consistently. It's not that they 'kill' them completely, but they do tend to cause a quick decrease in performance and reduce the flavor. Only a full-on cleaning cycle including 'dry burns' will help once they're gunked up.

As a side note, since I switched to vaping Tasty Vapor liquids exclusively a few months back, my attys (801s, 510s, and Cartomizers) have all been performing about 3 times better than they were before with my often dark-ish DIY creations.

Tasty Vapor and Nhale liquids were the ones that I was using that made me think it was the colred liquids causing additional problems. Both of my coffee/ choco liquids from both vendors seemed to gunk up my atty faster than anything else.

I've noticed this with DIY mixes using Loranns darker coloured flavourings. They tend to clog, and I'll have to blow it all out before I can get vaping again. Haven't noticed it with lighter or clear colours.
