Flavor concentrate taste testing using vodka

For the past couple weeks I have been taste testing some of my flavors using vodka. I take a shot glass and add three drops of the flavor I want to test then add one drop of sweetner. Actually, one drop of sweetner is too much so I tilt the glass when I drop in the sweetner then wipe off what didn't make it to the bottom. I don't fill the shot glass full, just over half is good for me. I toss that back and it gives me a clear indication of what to expect when I mix.

If you are not a drinker you probably wont want to try this method. If you're like me and like a shot every now and then, I hope you will enjoy this.

I'll try that with PGA. It'll probably get real fun even quicker (as long as it lasts)
