No, quite the opposite. There are many that are quite obsessed with the juice factor.

I too ordered quite a bit. But over the last week, with soooo many flavors that are NOT for me,
I am going to settle into about 5-6 flavors and stay that route for awhile.
The taste of many juices, just started running together. So for me, I am cutting back, but
for many, many more, they are ordering up!

Hey, what ever works for each of us!

By the way, Welcome and Merry Christmas!

Hehe, you're not alone at all! I've got 3 juices that I *really* like now (for different occassions). But I'm nowhere near *done*. I have my eye on the Master Artisan's Kit over at OneStopDIY. I'm definitely ready to start mixing my own, then if I get a crappy flavor, I can't blame anyone but myself, lol. Then once I start mixing, look out, lol.

I agree texasgranny I have between 30 and 40 different individual flavors in my supply/DIY box. I just got 8 more in today. I had settled on all coffee flavors and was really happy until I started getting a reaction to the coffee flavors. Now I'm back to looking for that one all day vape flavor. I know that a person can become obsessed with this because I have. Then if I add Lonerstar's tastes to the mix it gets even worse. O'well its fun and thats what is important.

Well another order came in today and that brings the total to 116 different flavors in the DIY arsenal. Along with 1.1 liters 100mg/ml nic, 1 liter pg and 1/2 liter vg. At least I know I will never be worried about running out of juice anytime soon. Flavors are dirt cheap and now I am only limited by my imagination on what I want to vape. Happy Holidays

I've gotten a lot of samples bottles from the following vendors: Johnson Creek, VaporBomb, VateRite, and AVEJuice. The crazy part is there are at least another 3 or 4 vendors I want to try right now. I guess the whole idea of having all these flavors available and vaping being new to me has me trying lots of stuff. I do want to find those few that are my "always on me" juices (in carto, cart, or bottle). I also like that if I have a taste for coffee I can vape some coffee and not make a pot if it's in the evening, or vape a Green Apple jollyrancher flavor when I don't have any candy in the house and I have a sweet tooth. Maybe it's the new found enjoyment in all of this that has kept me off tobacco cigarettes.

Oh, and I haven't even started DIYing, but boy have I been pondering!!! :)

Maybe we should start a support group for people llike us!!!! :confused:The salt thing didn't work the best. I tried to add some more later last night, but by then there was to much water and it killed the vapor.:(

A support group would only fuel the issue. People talking about another flavor and a good recipe with a flavor you don't have and Bam you will be at 200 in no time. Hey justification is a great tool ---- I don't smoke and I was spending $15/day here in NY. That buys a lot of vaping gear and DIY. Before I had empty pack and butts now I have a collection of cool stuff and it is FUN.

$15/day. You lucky dog. Here in Nebraska it was only costing me about $6/day. That means that if we keep in our previous budgets, you get to spend $9/ day more than I do.

Buy everything separately, Jessara, and you'll save a lot of money. Pipettes are cheap at most places or you can get a 10mL syringe kit at Walmart (and smaller syringes from the pharmacist, although I've never asked for any of the smaller syringes). PG is cheap at Tractor Supply (call to find out which store closest to you has it in stock for about $19.99 per gallon). Walmart has 6-ounce bottles of VG (Glycerin) for $3 on the shelf above the isopropyl alcohol bottles in the pharmacy area. Some people here prefer the NOW brand of VG, which I've seen available online for a little over $6 for 16 ounces, plus shipping of about $4 (found it using Google).

Flavorings vary in price and bottle size availability at different suppliers. I like FlavourArt the best (used by FreedomSmokeUSA), so I've been buying 30mL bottles from ecigexpress (they're having a good sale right now plus 20% off with coupon code HOLIDAYFLAVOR -- through 12/31). OneStopDIYShop has high shipping fees and only small bottles of flavorings available ($6 minimum shipping fee, I believe...I cancelled my only order with them after discovering that Perfumers Apprentice had the same products with lower shipping fees --$2.39 or something like that -- and larger-size bottles available -- however, I don't like their flavors as well as FlavourArt). Some people prefer Capella or Lorann, etc. Ecigexpress has other brands besides FlavourArt, and it's worth spending a couple of dollars more to get 30mL bottles, compared to 3, 4, or 6mL bottles, especially after you know which brand you prefer the most.

The best thing to do when buying flavors is to know which brand of flavorings your favorite pre-mixed supplier uses and then find the cheapest place to buy that same brand (providing you've found your favorite eliquid).

I must agree with most of what you've said! I've been vaping for 5 weeks now, purchased more juices and hardware than I care to admit for so early into this venture, but I have found that it has kept me entertained enough to not even think about having an analog! I get so into trying new stuff out, experimenting with different juices, and reading the forums here that sometimes I have found that it's way past my bedtime AND that I haven't even taken the time to stop and eat dinner  Drink TONS of water now tho....more than I ever did in my whole life!!

Okay, now you've got me thinking. I wonder if I can now also cut back on coffee (via coffee flavors) AND if I can also lose some weight (via food flavors I sometimes crave). Not to mention as my lung functions come back I can start working out without having an asthma attack.

DANG! Maybe there's even more to e-cigs than just quitting the nasty-stix!

I've got about 20 different flavorings and the Nic/pg/vg to go with it. As others have stated I think the DIY route has alot to do with me quitting analogs the second my Joye EGO arrived at the door. I know that I'm still addicted to the Nicotine, but now getting that dose feels more like a hobby than a nasty habit. I started with Loranns, single fruit flavors first. Simply because I could get them at a cake supply place right down the street from work. Blackberry and Strawberry are my favorites. Then I ordered some FlavorArt from Liberty flights(6ml bottles) and thats where I'm at now. Their RY4 flavoring is AWESOME. Next I think I'm going to start ordering about 1/2 dozen per payday so I can grow my collection and experiment. Even though I have my favorites, I still get burnt out on them after a couple weeks, so I try something new.
My new hobby helps me stay off the analogs and save BOOKOO money

I understand what you're saying, as far as "more bang for your buck", OSDIY might be on the more pricier side when it comes to what comes with the kits. But I live pretty much in the middle of nowhere (40 miles or so to the nearest "real" town) and doubt I could find PG around here.

I think for me the Artisan's Master Kit is my choice mainly because everything comes in a nice little neat package and I'll have everything I need to get *started* all at once. I won't have to go here for one thing, go there for another thing, go someplace else for another thing, etc.

I also have absolutely no idea what flavors I will like other than the few I already have, so smaller bottles of flavoring are fine for me to *start* with. Once I find flavors I like, then I'll worry about where I'm going to get them, and in larger quantities.

I DO greatly appreciate your advice though. I really love the way the folks on this forum try to look out for one another, and help each other find the best values. But sometimes I am just willing to pay a little bit more just for convenience sake. I did, however, bookmark FreedomSmokeUSA and may turn to them after I've experimented a bit. Thanks!

I know what you mean "in the middle of nowhere" :) I am almost equal distance to--Omaha, Ne. Lincoln, Ne. Topeka, Ks and St. Joe, Mo. Isn't it great!!!! :vapor: I wouldn't have it any other way and feel sorry for those that have to live in or close to those places.:( I can get most of what I need in the smaller towns around here and only go to the bigger towns when I have to.:2cool::vapor:
