Flavor question

I have a few Capella flavorings and need to know what percent flavor I should use.

I like ALOT of flavor. just a example. I have the Vanilla Cupcake.

What would be a good flavor percentage for 10 ml??

15% is probably a good starting point with the Capellas. You can always add more if you want it stronger.
