flavor sampling

I am new to vaping and having a hard time finding a flavor/nicotine level I like.

Ive tried several samples some are close to what Im looking for but some are disgusting tasting.

My question is when switching flavors I clean and rinse my cartriges but I still get the old taste from my atomizer.

How can I get the atomizer clean between samples.

How do you clean them?

Sometimes rinsing under hot water doesnt do the trick.

Many people here recommend soaking the atty in Everclear overnight and rinsing then drying.
Basically I think straight alcohol works best , just make sure its well rinsed and dried afterwards.

Ive never cleaned a atomizer before, Ive only been vaping for 2 weeks.
straight alcohol? like rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol?

Ive been cleaning the carts by just rinsing in warm water but when I get a flavor I dont like it seems I cant get rid of the taste for the rest of the day.

If I rinse the atomizer how long does it take to dry out before I can reuse it?

Here's a link from Heaven's gifts but from everywhere Ive read you want to use "drinkable" alcohol. Higher proof, the better.

Ive used my atty a few minutes after rinsing by blowing it out and shaking it

Some say put it in the oven for awhile.

Ive also heard that Crest Blue mouthwash works wonders but need to be rinsed well afterwards to get all the taste out. I guess thats only for heavily used atty's

So try getting ahold of some high proof grain alcohol.

Ahhh, ok tyvm ragman,

Even tho I havent drank any alcohol in years
Ill pick up some vodka and give it a try, it makes sense to use drinkable cleaning solution.

I've heard that dripping VG or PG on the atty and puffing through it several times will get rid of a stubborn flavor or the primer fluid on a new atty.
