Really near the mexican border.
There is also faerie's finest - gourmet seasonings & cocoas, flavored sugars & salts, herbs & spices, and flavor extracts and 2011 Exotic Plant and Garden Seed Catalog Try these also, the Flavor drops (concentrated from FF). Oh there is also Tasty Puff Tobacco Flavoring. so have checking these sites out, it was fun when I first started, also. You can also get small (3ml) bottles of Flavor Apprentice from Italy from this USA website and it's the cheapest I have ever found. Pure Vapes: Home. There are quite a few flavor manufacturors in the vendor section of ECF also, like:http://eliquidplanet.com/ and http://www.diyflavorshack.com/ and http://www.diyflavorshack.com/.

Like I said have fun doing this, just don't spend too much money. Also if you are looking for a specific flavor to start with you can use this link http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/pay-forward-pif/158918-diy-trade-flavor.html to find it. Just ask and if someone has some they will either give it to you or trade you for something you have.
What are you wanting right now anyway, I have quite a few flavors I am not using and can share. Let me know by PM.

The ECF DIY guide lists a bunch of suppliers. I recommend you read the guide before buying flavors. Some flavorings are unsuitable for vaping (some contain a butter/custard flavoring component diacetyl which is only safe for food and cosmetic applications, and some are not water soluble and are hard to work with)

The descriptions at Perfumer's Apprentice also note which flavors are not suitable for vaping or not water-soluble but some other suppliers of flavoring brands do not.
