I bought all of these. The Flavor Apprentice one I am talking about has corn syrup as an ingredient. Therefore no extra sweetener was used by me. They have three Caramel's so I am not sure which one this is. I purchased all three items at ecigexpress. Flavor West Caramel Candy and Flavor Apprentice smell and look similar in color. The difference for me is in the taste. The Flavor West Caramel Candy is more buttery tasting- richer and a little stronger than the Apprentice caramel. I would say both are good and similar enough that you can use either.
Flavour Art Caramel has a more traditional caramel smell to me and did require the addition of sweetener to bring it to its full potential. I like it but prefer the Flavor West Caramel Candy over the other two. You can't go wrong with caramel- very versatile flavor to have. Its what I would call a must have.
