I'm rying to find an e-cig that tastes like a basic menthol ultra light 100 or basic menthol light 100's. I'll look it up if somebody can let me know who to ask>

You aren't going to find anything that will duplicate those tastes, although there are plenty of menthol flavored juices out there. All of the juice vendors people here use and recommend have menthol flavors. You can try VaporBomb or Gourmet Vapor.
Being a ex menthol light smoker myself, I wish I had better news....but menthol
flavor juices out there (I have about 10 that I have tried from 5 vendors) are not going to be
quite the same as the cigs.
The taste factor on ALL juices is very much a individual preference that you personally
will have to decide.
Just because I like it, does not mean you will.
You will need to order several small bottles from a few different vendors and give them a try.
What I am now using for my menthol satisfaction is a cinnamon/menthol combo juice (Pure Smokers
Fire and Ice) and I combine that with a tobacco flavor juice and it gives me a close duplication.
Most menthols I tried were very minty and had very little to no tabacco flavor to them.
So that is my overview for menthol, but probably others will jump in and give you some thoughts as
well.

I think Halo comes pretty darn close. I would recommend any one of their three flavors!
Menthol is one of those flavors that does come pretty close to the real deal.
I would suggest PureCig from FreedomsmokeUSA - I believe they make a menthol version, but you could always get tobacco type flavor and add menthol flavor to it. I have a bottle of menthol flavor for just that purpose, although I was never a menthol smoker in real life except for the rare occasion, I like a bit of menthol in some of my flavors.
