I read somewhere in the quadrillion posts and forums I've been immeresed in this past week that you should NOT use any candy flavorings with "oils" listed in the ingredients...I ordered 3 LorAnn flavorings with other stuff from Totally Wicked but when looking for wilton's glycerine to cut the super high e-liquid I ran into Wilton's flavorings, pack of four other flavors in tiny bottles. Now I'm thinking I better not mess with them as I thought I'd read no oils. Is this true? I have read so much I am starting to forget!

As Sun said, oil based flavorings have been known to kill atties. But having said that, there have been several people on this forum that do use oil based flavorings with no problems.... BUT when doing so it is recommended to only use a very small amount. See the DIY juice section for more info. It seems to be risky, but apparently for some it hasn't been a problem.

Thanks, I did not check the ingredients on the Wilton's flavorings until I got home and read about the oils being a no-no. Not sure I want to mess up an atty! I read the LorAnn's ingred. and saw the difference...I made up some LorAnn apple w/ TW 36mg e-juice and glycerine to cut a bit. Lovely, great vaporing, I just got the 510 to add to my Green Smoke 2 pc. starter set as alternate. Can see where one becomes a collector of different models! Newbie, (converting many friends and co-workers) smoke free for 4 days, addicted to vaping! Loving my Totally Wicked 510!!!
