Btw, when i got my bottle of Ecto chill, i noticed a separation on the top that was orange. Does anyone know if they are using oil based flavoring? Obviously after shaking it went away but i couldnt help but notice it.[/QUOTE]

Hmmm... I just got a bottle and did not notice any seperation. That would be concerning. I have not yet tried it yet though.

I would know when I vape it though. I once tried a vendor Tangerine flavored juice. It was so good that I vaped it all day and so did my DH.
The next day, we both had difficulty breathing, tightness in chest. Took us awhile to figure out that juice contained orange oil.

How long of steeping did it take?
It tastes great the same day to me but at about a week it is at its best!
I am using Flavor west sweetener.
Got bad news today though. It finally cracked my tank! I need to get a glass tank for this juice. So now I will have to vape something different until I can get a glass tank, what a bummer. It is my favorite juice.

I've noticed this too. I get that separation with every bottle I get. No shortness of breath or anything like that, so I don't think there's any orange oil in it, but whatever flavor molecules they put into this, they are definitely the right ones! By far the most natural citrus I've ever tasted.

Another thing I've noticed is that every bottle I get, when I get it, is always squished a bit... like the bottle is trying to make love to the flavor. I open it up push the bottle back into shape and it doesn't happen again... must be the heat it's subjected to in transit. This is the only flavor that ever happens to.

Also, none of my tanks have fogged up or cracked or anything. I only have tanks that use the "right kind" of plastic though;)

I use EZ Sweets sparingly. You may like EM though.

You can get a free sample here but, you pay $2.95 for shipping
Results for Request a FREE Sample

I noticed their samples are actually 1 cent each and you can order multiple for the same $2.95 shipping. I'm just trying it, but I ordered 10 LOL, figure that will be all I need (and may even use it on food).

I have juicy vapor ecto plasma, and I just made my first bottle (of DIY ever) of FW ecto cooler....

JV's ecto taste more like lime with some other fruits there.

FW Ecto 18% flavor, 2% sucrose sweetener taste just like the Hi-C drink, which I believe is tangerine, orange and lime. The JV version is good but does not taste like Ecto Cooler to me.

Any tips on smoothing out the "bite" you get on exhale on ecto?

Some EM might help with that. Can't say I've experienced that myself (or fully understand what you're describing). But either some EM or just steeping could help. I find ecto-cooler mellows with age, and EM is good for blending and cutting harsh tones in a flavor.

Sorry, the bite I am experiencing is a sort of harshness in my throat on exhale. Not a normal throat hit, it's like nothing I have ever had before.

I don't have EM, I only have the premixed sucralose from highdesert ecigs. I'm at 20% flavor with with 2 drops of sucralose mix. This batch is maybe 2 weeks steeped so far and vapes the same as when I mixed it. Does this help explain my situation?

I have EM on its way to me, I can try it and report back next week.

Maybe try lowering the flavor percentage, I am at 18% flavor and 2% sweetener and I think I know the TH/aftertaste you are speaking of. My next batch I am going ot try 15% flavor, 2% sweetener, and a few drops of EM.
