Am I a simpleton and can't find it, or is there a thread dedicated to what Canadian members think of all the flavours out there that they've purchased? As a newbbie, I'm so curious as to what flavours from what vendors other members have experienced and read their descriptions of the flavours.

Not one specifically for Canadians unfortunately. However, I can point you in the right direction:
Danesnpits does great reviews of almost every juice in Canada, haha. She's my Go-To lady for Flavourcrafters stuff now.

Mindfield (on here) Vaporchase (on YouTube) rocks as well. He does a lot of Jugheads flavours and great hardware reviews and tutorials as well. Plus he has contests

Finally, there's some guy named FunkyVapes who does weird reviews of Canadian vendors all the time. He's pretty cute if nothing else, you should probably subscribe to his channel too.

In any case, it might be good to try and get a thread sticky'd in the Video Reviews section that focuses on Vendors by country. Good idea

Thanks for the plug. I currently only do the Jugheads draws (they're still his contests, I just draw the numbers), but I think I may have a real 500th subscriber contest of my own once I get close to that point.
There are a number of us now that are doing reviews it seems, so I think we're covering the Canadian market pretty well now.
