Mixed up some Espresso from flavourart and I thought I was getting a little extra kick from it. I then Vaped it twice before bed now and had difficulty sleeping both nights. This morning was my first morning vaping the espresso and I just had a bowel movement come on just like when I have my first cup of coffee and it is easing my head into the day much like that first cup of coffee too. I swear I'm feeling the effects of caffeine or is it a placebo I can't be certain. The nicotine level in my mix is only about 4.5%.
