Flooding Carto

Recently purchased a carto tank (pyrex) for the sole purpose of vapping my Pluid. The gentleman that sold me the unit at my local B&M set it up for me.I was informed that the carto would last a couple of weeks it lasted 4 . Upon changing the carto because of a slight amount of blackish soot in the bottom of my last tank. I changed it now it keeps flooding:'( . I'm using single coil duel pre punched hole 2 ohm bottom flanged cartos. Please any advice to help me get back to vapping my delectable juice would be greatly appreciated. It has been 5 days since I was able to vape this sweet sweet nectar.

Here is my routine. I drip about 10 drops and then shake it like a thermometer and drop another ten drops in. I wait about 20 minutes and drop another 10 drops. I put it in my tank and fill the tank and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Then I give it a couple of gentle dry pulls. You have to remember when you are using 2 hole cartos not to draw too heavy on them.

Are you using the same kind of carto that was originally in the tank? Was it a 2 hole carto? I have never had any luck with 2 hole cartos unless I am using a really think liquid. What Pg Vg ratio are you using?

I followed the same method the guy at the b &m did 12 drops in the bottom of the carto.continue drops in the top till full saturation. Place carto in tank fill tank. No primer puffs. Yes they are same carto. 2 hole pre punched. Juice is 50 50 its pluid.

When I did this it was late. I put my pv in its stand and went to sleep. Woke up in the morning and tank was a third gone. Salvaged the rest its pluid so not wanting to waste any.

Did you remove the top cap to fill the tank? If you did, it can definitely flood your carto when you put the cap back on.

No I have a filler drip tip and used a syringe.

How's the weather? I know my carto tanks have been flooding with the heat we've been having. I had almost no problems with flooding all year, until this summer. Then again it could just be a bad carto that you got too. Have you tried a new one?

This unit only stays inside. I'm pretty rough on my things I'm a residential carpenter so it comes with the territory.75º AC on
