"fluxomizer" is a brand name for a ce2 style cartomizer.
ce2 means it has a resevoir for liquid, a ceramic cup slotted to hold a wick that is wrapped in the middle by a coil which heats the liquid the wick pulls to the cup.
There is a fill cap made of a silicone style material , it has two tiny holes designed for a needle to pass through to fill the cartomizer with liquid. above that fill cap (depending on what vendor you receive your product from) there is a small ring many call a donut. It is designed to cover those fill holes and prevent wide scale leaking . Many people remove the fill cap and just use the donut to keep their liquid within the resevoir. (doesn't always work but does enough to be considered.)
Above that is a mouthpiece cap. More often than not just a plug looking thing that has a hole for vapor to pass through. Many discard and insert a drip tip into the tube of the cartomizer.
What you want to look for on a website is the word ce2. In the past you would look for the word "ceramic" but it has become the norm for the generic term to be ce2.
Ce2 cartomizers can be found with metal encasing, or clear/semi clear encasings. You can now get them from as small as just under 1ml up to 3ml+. The large design is often called a tank.(not to be confused with the actual "tank" style resevoirs used with tank atties.)
