The reason he says this is because it always stays wet but as longs as you keep ur atty wet it will last the same so the claim really doesn't hold much water IMO
Well I understand your theoretical reasoning, but often real world testing yields different results. The system isn't only keeping the coil wet it's bathing the entire atty. Could this additional variable have some impact? Maybe. But in the final wash, especially with sample to sample variances in atties, an accurate comparison/test would be impossible.

Hello all. I figured I would go ahead and keep this thread going instead of starting a new one. I got my FOG yesterday finally. I only waited a month to get it. Let me give you a couple of my opinions on it. I am a pretty hardcore GG user so I am no stranger to the AFS/AVS systems. This is the same exact design. 901 atty in the middle of it and the whole thing screws onto the ego. I am not a fan of atties so as soon as I got it a drilled a tiny hole in the side of an 808 carto and popped it in. This is the same way I do my afs/avs systems as well. My carto was a Kanger I believe that metered at about 2.5-2.8 ohms. Let me just say it is performing very well. I have it on a standard ego battery (650mah) and it is very comfortable to hold and use. total length from tip to end is 6.25 inches. I find holding the whole thing in my hand with my ring finger hitting the button is the most comfortable. I also cobbled together a temporary mount for the GG slim. It adds about 1/4-1/2 inch to the length but gives you the bottom locking button. I have a feeling this will be the way to go once the new Slims get here. Imeo has redesigned the slim top to be a ego duplicate. I am getting great vapor but have to take long draws to get them. Being a 6v vaper I am not that patient but for a nice sleek unit I can deal with that. Also a note on the big logo Zero mentioned. It is designed to wear off and leave you nothing but nickle. I am not patient enough to let it wear off so about 15 minutes with my fingernail and it was all gone. I plan to try it out with a lr atty tonight as I have a few laying around here. I also want to pick up a couple 2.0ohm cartos to try in it. Any questions fire away.

I have had the Fog for a week now. I love it. I'm using the standard 901 atty; but have ordered the 905 atty with 2.5Ohm and the adapter so I can use my 510 atties also. The LR901 was to hars for me. My next project will be to try the 510 bridgeless atty from Greenhouseone.

One thing: when it starts to taste a litlle burnt, then locck the 2 holes on the side with a finger and take a very short hard puff to bring some more fluid to the atty. It will stop the burnt taste.
