Fogger V4.1

Has anyone got a reliable build for this atty, the thing is driving me crazy. No matter what I do It gurgles and leeks badly. It's only a matter of time before it gets the cricket bat treatment. Wicking with cotton wool I've build it at anything from 1.4 to 0.52 ohms with no improvement. I've tried it on the following mods all clones and nowt. Nemisis, GP, M16, 4nine, Grande Vape and home made box mod. I've looked at a million videos and tried putting the cotton through the juice channels, cutting it short and everything in between. Everyone seems to love theirs but mine is keeping me awake at night, please, please help.

Some pics would help. Without seeing the build, you can't really pinpoint where the issue is.

dont jam the cotton into the channels. i cut the wick just above the chimney then lightly press it onto the deck.

Have you checked your o-rings? If one of them is faulty then it may be letting air into the tank. This will also cause it to flood. The Fogger V4 is a vacuum design like the Kayfun and requires a proper airtight seal inside the tank in order to work correctly.

Cheers stanthemanchan, bottom o ring just not sitting right on the deck, it is a bit too big, I've ordered a smaller replacement. Strange when you think it's probably the only genuine I own and it came with an ill fitting o ring. All that said, I think you're a genius and if I get it ticking right I will let you know. Thanks again.

Hi I have the 4.1 and loved it so much I ordered a new one to have a second one. Never leaked or gurgled. Firstly check the o rings like stated. Here is how I wick and it's been wonderful. I use cotton and cut the cotton at a 45 degree angle so only the tip barely touches the juice channels. I do this with all four channels and never had a dry hit or any trouble. Hope this helps .
