Foggy ejuice

I have been vaping for a very long time but haven't see any juice or flavor like this before.
I got this new batch of Cinnamon Roll flavor i mixed it as I usual but this time there are some micro-particles in my Cinnamon Roll flavor. Why it's foggy?
In the pictures you can see the old flavor mixed juice on the right side and the fogy one on the left.

i use Capellas cinnamon danish swirl in a couple of mixes and it usually starts out cloudy then settles

This is from Flavor West and i got 16oz. Day before yesterday I prepared one 30ml bottle with this flavor and i gave some hot water bath to it but it's not going any where. let's see it in a week.
I put some light behind the flavor bottle and i saw that the bottom of the bottle is clear but there is something in the top portion(like microscopic-particles).
Anyways let see after one week.

How did you mix it? Mine often is cloudy right at first from stirring bubbles into it. It usually settles out.

i mixed it same as i always do ..

starting with the flavors (17% or 5ML),
then Nicotine 100MG only 1ML,
PG-2ML,
Sweetner 10 Drops
and in the last VG-22ML

And yes i did talk to the vendor and they said it does happen to cinnamon flavors.
I actually did search it but i was searching "Foggy" instead of "cloudy" my bad.
Anyways thank you but i have been vaping and getting infos on this forum since 2010, I was one of the earliest adapter of ecigs where i live. Started out with Joye 510 and my first flavor was Cappuccino.
