Cigarette smoke looks white too.....until you blow through a Kleenx. Blow your vapor through a Kleenx to see the color. :)

I do get a film on my windows during cold weather from vaping 60 pg/40vg. No NETS though. Since I am a retired, stay at home, chain vaper, I clean my windows every week.......A squeegee has become my favorite tool. Ha!

I always leave two windows open one at either side of my house to keep an airflow going, makes a huge difference even if you don't feel the air moving...

also, try cleaning your windows once a month, I buy those containers of Windex wipes literally takes very little time to do if you keep it up...

My windows stay clean about a week between cleanings. My appliances and walls go a little longer, but they too get a film of VG that needs to be wiped off occasionally. Small apartment, large VG rich clouds, can't avoid the film build up, especially in winter when the windows stay closed a lot. And I vape everything including NETs, always VG dominant.

But there's never any brown on the rag. Your windows were probably dirty before the film built up.

Brown is a Color
30/70 is a blend ratio
They are different

What color is your e-liquid in the bottle/Tank?
PG rarely would leave a film
VG may leave a Film
Flavoring may leave a Color residue

To decrease the problem increase maintenance or decrease vaping :D
