So I've got a Kanger Protank mini II (love) and a Riva 1100 mah battery. Went into my purse about an hour and a half after I put it in to grab it and it was warm and it seemed like some juice was gone but there was no wet spot any where. Just wondering if there's some sort of safety precaution I should take before using it again.

Nope, as long as it works OK, it should be just fine. The only bad thing that could have happened was overheating it. You would know if that happened.

Actually, if your battery is not equipped with a 5-click safety power off feature, like most newer eGo-class batteries, I recommend putting your Riva in some kind of case for transport--I use an old eyeglass case. It's a perfect size and protects the battery from being accidentally activated.
It should have an automatic cut off timer so that it can't continue firing and overheat. Having a case to put it in when not in use is a good idea, even if it does have the on/off feature. That way it'll be safer from breaking.
