Forum mechanics help?

As a new member, sorry for the dunb question, how do you track the threads or posts that you want to follow?

Not a dumb question at all. Right above your original post to this message is a tab called

THREAD TOOLS -
Click it - it drops down
Then click SUBSCRIBE TO THIS THREAD

A window will open and you have options as to how you want to receive your messages.
Make that selection.

Hi James! Welcome! Look right above this post you left you will see View First Unread....LinkBack....Thread Tools...etc. Click on Thread Tools, then select Subscribe. Hope this helps!

At the top of the first post you will see thread tools. Simply click on it then select subscribe to this thread. You will be able to follow it from then on.

But Wait - There is more - LOL

IF you have subscribed to : Notification in your control panel

You should go to the top of the page.
Under the ECF banner you will see QUICK LINKS
Click It and you get a drop down menu
Select SUBSCRIBED THREADS
A window will open to all the threads you have subscribed to.

New posts to threads you've subscribed to will be highlighted.
You will have options to make file folders and organize your subscribed threads.
You will have the option of deleting a subscribed thread.

It really is simple, fast, efficient if you use subscribed threads.
