(Forum related) - Cannot post/reply/etc. to any threads?

Hi,

I have read the stickies that make the note that once I am between 5-15 post count, I should be eligible to post in other forums, start new threads, etc.

However, I am NOT able to do these things, nor am I able to use private messaging (I was going to PM someone for some additional information, and found I am not able, though I have the required PC).

If anyone can help me out here, it'd be a huge help!

After you make your 5th post you need to wait until the servers update (at :25 past the hour). Then you will be good to go.

Cannot post links. (Just put spaces in them like this: www. example .com)
Cannot use Private Messaging (PMs).
Cannot have a signature.
Cannot post images (photos) if linked to on another site.

5 to 15 posts:
Members can post in other forums and use Private Messaging.

15 posts and above:
Members can post in all open forums, and can now have a signature.
Note that some forums are private: access is for special membership categories.
