Yeah, I just exchanged emails with this guy. Said he tried joining this forum but got "slapped on the wrist" for an honest mistake. Said this forums rules for suppliers were too stringent. I told him I would place a small test order with him to test him out. He seems genuine but we'll see. I'll keep you updated.

I've been scammed one too many times on the internet to fall for that one. It could be legit but I would go with a more well known supplier if I were you.

Yeah come to think of it maybe not. I was just planning on getting 1 atomizer as test run. He takes Paypal so technically there is no way he could steal my info. And if he doesn't ship, you place a PayPal dispute. But it might not be worth the hassle.
