Ghost of Christmas past!

That, or variations of it, i.e. Stardust, CE4, were what I started with. Ah, the joys of long silica wicks, and mastering the tilt and vape!
I would be willing to bet more than a few of us have one or two of those in our remember when box

That reminds me, need to check those egos before they explode.

Just this morning I rearranged stuff on a shelf in my office and found a box of old Egos and Spinners. Used to give them away with Pro Tanks to people who wanted to try vaping but that hasn't happened for quite a while. How do you recycle those things? Guess I could stick them in the recycle box at Lowes and let them figure it out.

where to find those battery, wou;d love to try it with nic salt
Ego batteries? They used to be everywhere. I suggest getting one of the ones with its own internal MicroUSB2 connection for most pod like behavior, if they’re still made. There were issues with the ego charging setup. I spent a minute or two perusing FT, and had trouble finding the ones with the MicroUSB2 port in the bottom. It’s possible they’re no longer made.

The issue with the ego battery/ charger system is that there unmarked incompatibilities between various chargers and various batteries. You need to make sure your charger and your battery are actually “made for each other “

That said there seems to be tons of them at various prices.

The atomizer is non recyclable mixed waste, the batteries are recyclable hazardous waste. Lowe’s probably gets a lot of lithium battery packs so that may actually not be a bad idea.

eGo batteries and others that are similar are still available on quite a few vendors' websites in the US. ECBlend is one of them (in their Clearance section), right off the top of my head. MyFreedomSmokes is another one that carries them, though their prices are somewhat higher.

Filled it with Halo Tribeca and thought it was the best it got.

Ha ha.. me too they were all we had back then and they worked well enough to get me of the cigs.

I remember getting so fed up with the wicks starting to taste funny after a few tank fills...I was forever changing them and that was what started me off with rebuildables :)

That was my first "real" vape. I thought it was great at the time after stopping smoking with a Vuse cigalike. Filled it with Halo Tribeca and thought it was the best it got.

Then I found this place. My credit card still resents me hanging around here.
When they came out they kinda were. Dual coil low ohm available. All there were else at the time were mechs. Which even back then were considered touchy and neededknowledge and care to use. Time marches on though. The phone I keep in my pocket is tens times more powerful than my first desktop PC. My computer teacher in high school learned to code on punch cards.

Getting a situation like this where the out of date is as good or better than the new is relatively rare.
