So, the FDA's biggest gripe is not being able to regulate how much nicotine your getting?

Says 24mg right on the bottle I'm using, oh but wait, what if I use the whole bottle?

Do they regulate the nicotine in cigarette's? If so, how much is in 1 cig?

Also, even though they regulate the nic in the patch, how many patches am I using at a time? That's right, it's in the instructions.....but cigs don't come with instructions!

Atleast Fox is putting it out there:blink:

I always get my hackles up when someone says that the e-cigs could be harmful because the nic levels can't be regulated! Ok...so I smoked 2 pks a day, some people chain smoke, and some get by on 2 cigs a day. Just because cigs are packaged to contain a set dose per cig, doesn't mean they are regulated. Chump reasoning works for the dummies who buy into the FDA crap (Sorry, having a bad day...lol)

Thats one thing I like about Fox News. They give both sides instead of biased reporting like many of the other channels. Good find, first time I saw it.

Gotta say, I'm agreeing more and more with this thought as I watch Fox. I'm beginning to think the other news agencies started the rumors about fox being dumb.

Finally, some actual common sense in reports on e-cigs.

Until I read your post, I had never heard anyone call Faux News "dumb". Deceptive, biased, propagandistic, one sided ... many things. But, not dumb.
It's not that I called it those horrible things ... but, I've heard Faux Noise described with those terms before.

Wow, that's the first fox news report I've seen that hasn't enraged me. Even if the one reporter seems to accept the FDAs position, to an extent.

It's pretty impossible to not hate Fox news if you're not a right wing American.
I've seen their major contributors discuss matters like, "Why do we let Canada exist?", and "Why don't other countries play American sports? Because they're too poor."
I'd post a link to a big collage of ridiculous headlines, but I don't have enough posts yet.

Then again, I hate most news outlets.

Well, that's some statement. Rather opinionated. And false, if I may add. I think almost 40-50% of their viewers are actually Democrats and Independents. I'm not sure about that number, but it is significant.

I'm a registered Democrat and I used to watch MSNBC and CNN, but now I find that the only place I can find information and news other media outlets won't even bother to cover is the Fox News Channel. Have you ever watched The Special Report With Brett Beier? Chris Wallace's Sunday show? Ever listened to Charles Krauthammer? Give them a try before you post your links to ridiculous headlines. It's easy to ridicule. It's much harder to actually listen, pay attention and form an educated and independent opinion. ;)
