Relax and take a couple of deep breaths....Do you have a pair of needle nose pliers around? If so remove the battery from the Provari so you dont have to worry about a misfire then put one of the pincers on the inside of the carto and one on the outside and torgue it with a sideways motion counter-clockwise.Should come free and twist right out.

Those cartos get really snug on there.I had to use a dremel tool and a cutting wheel on one of mine to slot the top on both sides and then put a flathead screwdriver blade through and really use some force to make it turn.

Come to think of it I have some Noalox.I should put a tiny amount on the carto threads before screwing new ones in. Would probably save me from having to do that ever again.

you might give that a try then...you want to slot it a half inch deep on both sides then stick a wide flat screwdriver in there nice and snug. You dont want to to put the screwdriver straight down it should be sideways as youre looking straight down at the carto. and hopefully use the extra leverage that provides to unscrew it. If you hold the provari in one hand and tap the end of the screwdriver farthest from the carto with a hammer nice and sharp a time or two it might also help to loosen it a bit before you try turning.

one more option to try....can you fit a long nail through the punched hole(s) If its two put one in each side and see if the extra leverage helps you turn it.
In the Provari?

Seems like you could "accidentlly on purpose" get a little VG juice down the center hole, might help slippery it up.
Wonder what a little powdered graphite would do infintesmal amount put on edges w/syringe? I've unstuck a lot of stuff that way but not on an ecig
I'm about to try....!

Sounds like you are over-tightening when installing them. When you get it out, only screw the carto on till it seats, then just a bit more to snug it. You really don't have to crank on any head to get them to stay.

Also a bit of heat applied with a heat gun or hair dry may help get it off. Even a soldering iron applied to the connector may help - just don't overheat it...
