Loop hole has been found, Giveaways will be called Contests. Basically youtubers will be holding contests with winners of prizes rather then randomly given away samples. They all still get free items as well so you can still do it if "it's for the purpose of review" it's not free if a service is required. You don't need youtube or any form of media to review a product though. Risky business to be the guinea pig in but Indoor Smokers and Rip say they will be starting again soon.

Yeah that may have changed since then too I read they added more to the 500+ pages just a couple weeks ago and can keep adding as they see fit. The T.C.A really has nothing to do with tobacco it's just the first letter of the name lol.

Knowing how the government works, I wouldn't hold my breath that they get away with it.

They started again about a week ago. IndoorSmokers gave away smok alien kits with baby beasts. As popular as he is we should know soon if the FDA busts him. Not even a "contest" just random winners like before but it requires you to sign up to a newsletter... I guess that's the loophole? Requirement of signing up to a newsletter makes it not a free sample.
