I've only once seen free samples, and even then, I had to pay the shipping. (Even that was a very limited offer, and sponsored here on ECF.) If you do find a vendor that does this, read the fine print, use a credit card that you can dispute, and review charges carefully thereafter.

Not really free, but hattrickvapor.com seems to make a habit of throwing a freebie flavor or 2 in their orders. They say when you place an order put another flavor in the comments box and they'll send you a sample of it with your order. Their juice is also delicious. I just received 7 bottles of juice when I ordered 5. Great company. I paid 18 bucks for 7 juices... Not bad at all.
I sent emails out to every major vendor (about 15 in all) because I was bored one night. Not one of them will send out a free sample even with shipping.
There's obviously a difference between a car and a 5 dollar bottle of e liquid, you've never heard about brand samples? Grow up
