Hello Fellow Vapers!
Karly here, from Free State Vapor.

This past weekend you may have noticed we were a bit more quiet than usual. We were busy working to better Free State Vapor.
We are implementing a point system on the website, testing a few flavors that Matt has been perfecting, and updating our FAQ section.
We had hoped to have all of these things completed by today. However, they are taking a little bit longer than expected.
Today we are catching up on emails.
A couple of subjects we are seeing that I would like to address here.
1. We have noticed a few problems with our new cap distributor. We have listened to the feedback and are working on a solution.
2. Maple Bacon was not a good choice in a sample. - We knew that people were curious and wanting to give everyone a chance to experience it. If only a small sample.
3. Our flavors do not contain any oil.
4. Our eliquid is diacetyl free
These are a few of the questions we are getting. They will be a part of the new section of the FAQ that I am currently working on.

Thank you to everyone who has asked questions, and given your feedback. The backbone of Free State Vapor is to vape consciously. We want vapers to ask questions, get answers and then ask more questions. In vaping and all other aspects of life.

Announcement To Customers




Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the increase in our costs, we must raise the cost to you so we can continue to provide the quality and service you've come to expect. We have avoided raising our prices for as long as possible, but we can no longer prolong the inevitable.

The new price for 15mls will range from $9.99 to $11.29 and will go in effect on April 14,2014. This new pricing will bring some of our flavors down in price but most will be brought up to be inline with current industry standards. We will honor the current prices for any orders placed between now and April 13,2014 so you can take advantage of them before the price increase.

Free State Vapor takes pride in providing easy ordering, quality products and top notch customer service. We believe once a order is placed with us that is the FIRST step in the relationship. Because of this belief we have come to know quite a few of our customers on a first name basis. This allows us to understand what is going well and where we can improve.



There are a few questions about why we don't always provide a requested sample flavor. When we can and we have the time Matt will make a free sample as requested. This is not always possible due to the way we fill orders. We do NOT batch. Although batching is a efficient and cost effective way to produce eliquid, we at FSV feel that making it to order adds an individual touch to each order.

The only items that are made ahead of time are the pre-made samples & sample trios. These are made in small batches so that they can be sent out quickly with orders.

Ordering eliquid from Free State Vapor is a choice that our customers make, trusting us to provide the freshest eliquid possible.

Every order goes through all three owners and is triple checked. We have this system set up this way not because it is the fastest, cheapest way, but because we take pride in the product that is sent out.
